# Terms & Conditions – Kech Flora Events

1. Booking & Confirmation
– All event bookings require written confirmation.
– A deposit (if applicable) is required to secure your date.
– Final details must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.

2. Payment
– Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or approved payment methods.
– Full payment is required for services delivered within 24 hours.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
– Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: full refund of deposit.
– Cancellation less than 14 days: deposit is non-refundable.
– Force majeure events (weather, emergencies) may allow rescheduling.

4. Event Changes
– Any changes to date, venue, or requirements must be communicated in writing.
– Additional costs may apply for last-minute changes.

5. Liability
– Kech Flora Events is not liable for damages caused by third-party venues or unexpected incidents.
– Flowers are delivered in optimal condition; slight variations in appearance may occur.

6. Intellectual Property
– All designs, images, and content are property of Kech Flora Events.
– Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law
– These Terms are governed by Moroccan law and any disputes are under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
